New Delhi, Sep 28 (ANI): Stating deterioration of relations as a vulnerable feature of bilateral relations, former Indian foreign secretary Salman Haider on Wednesday said that when relations deteriorate, normal processes are interrupted. He added that the Uri incident was a major setback to normalcy in relations. Commenting on Pakistan’s role in the recent Uri terror attacks, he said that there has been no strong denial from Pakistan as the country’s spokesperson have not even tried to develop a story about the attack.
