Bareilly, U.P., Sep 26 (ANI): In yet another case of medical apathy, a woman had to deliver her baby on a horse cart in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly district. Reportedly, the woman was brought to the CHC hospital in Mirgunj area for delivery, however, due to negligence on the part of the hospital staff, relatives of the pregnant woman had to do it themselves right outside the hospital gate. The doctors kept watching as the woman gave birth to a baby outside the hospital.
