Srinagar, Oct 28 (ANI): Ahead of Diwali, the Border Security Force (BSF) organised Diwali Milan a mela for its jawans in Srinagar. Diwali is a special occasion for the jawans fighting insurgency in Kashmir valley to come together and celebrate. Large number of locals also participated in this Diwali Mela. Different stalls were also set up by the BSF authorities.
