Birgunj, Nepal, Oct 28 (ANI): Markets across the Birgunj town of Nepal’s Parsa district are flooded with items made up of bamboo and mud ahead of Diwali. In the previous year, the festival could not be celebrated with zeal amid the Madhes agitation. However, the festivities are in full swing this year. Parts of India and Nepal are cherishing the festivities of the festival of lights that marks the victory of good over evil.
