Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Oct 21 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Friday said that they have to create an environment of peace and tranquility in the state and that AFSPA is not permanent. Addressing a gathering during the Police Commemoration Day celebrations in Srinagar, she said she wants to ban pellet guns but it is possible only if people support the government.
