New Delhi, Oct 01 (ANI): Asserting that the Centre has clearly stated the reason behind the surgical strike at PoK, Vice President Hamid Ansari on Saturday said that one can not only be a recipient of terrorist activities and do nothing about it. He added that terrorism is a disease, which can be cured by adopting an international convention emanating from the United Nations. The Vice President was addressing a press conference while onboard to India. He returned to the national capital today after concluding a five-day visit to Nigeria and Mali.
