Chennai, Oct 22 (ANI): The British Deputy High Commission in Chennai launched ‘She Leads’, a campaign with the aim of creating a cadre of aspiring young women who are empowered and inspired to lead change within their specific professions, contributing to Modi’s vision of women leading growth in India. The campaign, which includes a series of events from talks by UK lady speakers to essays and social media campaigns, is intended to impact at least 5,000 young women across colleges and companies, and encourage them to pursue careers in politics, business, education and entrepreneurship. The final 10 winners with leadership qualities will be granted a Leadership Mentoring Training Programme among other benefits.
