New Delhi, Jan 19 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Vikas Swarup on Thursday made it clear that India is not seeking Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) membership as a gift, rather India is seeking it based on its non-proliferation record. Negating China’s statement over the same, Swarup minced no words and stated that India’s entry into the elite nuclear club had nothing to do with the going away of U.S. President Barack Obama.
