New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Kin of fallen soldier Sepoy Mandeep Singh on Saturday submitted a memorandum seeking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s help to claim the compensation promised by the government. Sepoy Mandeep Singh was killed and mutilated by Pakistani terrorists at the LoC in Kashmir on October 28, 2016.
