Jhansi Nagar (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 19 (ANI): Amid the third phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections Congress Vice-President on Sunday said after the elections Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not take Uttar Pradesh’s name till 2019. Gandhi was addressing a joint rally with UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in Jhansi Nagar.
