Imphal, Feb 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Imphal on Saturday. In the rally, PM Modi said that Naga accord was signed one and half years ago. Was the Congress asleep that time? And, now they are spreading lies. The accord that has been signed doesn’t stand against the people of Manipur. He further stated that those who cannot ensure peace in the state have no right to govern Manipur. Polls for the 60-member legislative assembly of the northeastern state will be held in two phases on March 4 and March 8.
