Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 17 (ANI): Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a joint rally with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Raebareli on Friday, criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not waiving off the farmer loans and said Modi ji can waive off the loans in 15 minutes if he wants to. Gandhi further boasted Congress party’s decision of waving off Rs. 70,000 crore farmer loans when they were in the Centre.
