Rajouri (Jammu & Kashmir), Mar 23 (ANI): A two-year-old boy was allegedly raped by his 12-year-old neighbour in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri. Parents of the victim alleged laidback attitude on part of the police while the latter assured of delivering justice to the victim.
