Banda (U.P.), Mar 24 (ANI): Pan stained walls in the government offices in U.P.’s Banda district is a reminder to the ban on plastic, pan masala, gutka in all government establishments by U.P. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath but sadly this still has not been implemented here. Government officials who were questioned on why gutka wrappers lay on their office ground remained tight-lipped while others tried to give arguments in their defence.
