Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Mar 20 (ANI): Minister of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Uma Bharti, on Monday said that use of vehicles with red beacons by ministers is fine if they are on some important official duty. She added that halting traffic and even delaying flights by several minutes is okay in such cases.
