New Delhi, Apr 21 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that the working style of officials should be changed with the time so as to improve quality as well as efficiency of the work culture. While speaking at the 11th Civil Services Day function, PM Modi said that the changing trends in the last 15-20 years have altered the dynamics of the work culture. He further added that competition can play a big role in bringing a qualitative change in the life of the officials who are working for the welfare of common man so as to change the society and bring development in the country. Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration have been instituted with a view to acknowledging the innovative work done by the Central and State government officers for the welfare of the common citizen.
