India has handed a letter of appeal to Pakistan from Kulbhushan Jadhav’s Mother: MEA

New Delhi, Apr 27 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Gopal Baglay on Thursday stated that India has handed a letter of appeal to Pakistan from the mother of alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, who has been sentenced to death by a military court on espionage charges. Gopal Baglay said that a request for consular access to Jadhav has been sent to Pakistan for the 16th time. On being asked if India would score 100 in requests seeking consular access to Jadhav, Baglay said that “We wanted to get out on 0”as the government has no chargesheet against Jadhav.
