Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan has done it again. After suggesting that to prevent AIDS fidelity in marriage was better than use of condoms, Harsh Vardhan has now come out with an incongruous directive. The Health Minister in his website has stated that sex-education in schools should be banned.
