Rajendra Pachauri granted Anticipatory Bail in Sexual Harassment Case

New Delhi: The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) director general Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, who has been accused of sexual harassment by a 29-year-old former woman employee, was on Saturday granted anticipatory bail by a Delhi court.

The court also rejected the Delhi Police’s plea to cancel Pachauri’s bail application. Pachauri is facing allegations of sexual harassment and stalking by a young researcher, who was once employed with TERI.
