Giridih (Jharkhand), Oct 20 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das on October 20 addressed a public rally in Giridih. While addressing the gathering, he hailed the women power and informed people about the state government’s scheme in which women in the state would now have to pay only one rupee stamp duty for registration of land or property valued up to Rs 50 lakh. He also highlighted that Jharkhand is the first state to implicate this kind of scheme to empower women.
