Bihar Government’s Labour Resources Department and Bharatiya Rail Bijli Company Limited (BRBCL) signed an MoU to open an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) at Nabinagar in Aurangabad district of the state in Patna on July 29, 2010. Bihar’s Labour Resources Department Minister Awadhesh Narayan Singh was present on the occasion.
