Patna: Inching slowly towards the end of a long and winding elections in Bihar, millions of people in the state will go to the polling booths on Tuesday to cast their ballots in 35 constituencies in eight districts amidst fresh threat from the domestic terrorists bent on derailing the electoral process to ensure anarchy prevailed in the state – a major ingredient in the rise of the red brigade.
