What does this new iPad have that its predecessor, i.e. iPad 2 did not possess?

The new iPad is 51 grams heavier and 0.6mm thicker than iPad 2.

Other user interface features remain the same as in its predecessor. The most interesting feature in this new iPad is the dictation tool where you can use the microphone to dictate all that you want to be typed on the virtual keyboard.
The iSight camera with a resolution of 0.7 MP can capture images with amazing clarity. It also allows you to shoot videos in HD 1080 p.
