Madonna is going on tour. The singer has posted dates for a fall tour series, hitting 35 cities in the U.S. and Europe. She’ll kick off the Rebel Heart tour in Miami on August 29 and wrap in Glasgow, Scotland on December 20.

Suge Knight was in a Los Angeles court again on Monday (March 02). The rap mogul spoke on his own behalf, telling a judge he was not receiving proper medical care while in jail. Knight’s case was then transferred to a different judge, but he was taken to the hospital before that case was called. This is the third time Knight has been taken away in an ambulance from the courthouse. He is charged with murder and other offenses in a fatal hit-and-run incident.
“The Sound of Music” is celebrating 50 years. The iconic musical film had its New York premiere on March 2, 1965, the same day its best-selling soundtrack was released. The movie, which starred Julie Andrews as the lovable nun turned nanny, grossed more than 286 million dollars and, adjusted for inflation, is still the third highest grossing movie of all time in the U.S., according to Box Office Mojo.
Cate Blanchett hit the red carpet in Hollywood for the premiere of “Cinderella.” Blanchett plays the wicked step-mother in the live-action version of the fairy tale classic. The film, which also stars Lily James has the title princess, hits theater around the world this month.
