Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, Dec 29 (ANI): Taking demonetisation by stride, a village, Adarshapally, in Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal is currently undergoing a process of becoming cashless. Bank officials said it had started the campaign in the area on digital transaction around 15 days ago. They visited households, shops, met people making them aware on adopting digital banking. It has already opened a customer service point (CSP) to facilitate people. The bank has also organised a one-day workshop-cum-demonstration as part of its campaign in the area today.
