New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): Dense fog enveloped northern India on Thursday, reducing visibility drastically and hitting train services and movement of traffic on roads. Drivers switched on the headlights of their vehicles amid dense fog with visibility on roads reduced to barely few meters. New Delhi too bore the brunt of fog as the rail operations were hit. Passengers at New Delhi Railway Station sat waiting for hours as 49 trains were delayed. Clueless about the arrival of their trains, many passengers spent the night at the station, sleeping on the cold floor.
