New Delhi/ Varanasi/ Lucknow, Dec 30 (ANI): Dense fog and cold wave conditions disrupted normal life across northern India. People were seen lighting bonfires to keep themselves warm in the national capital and Uttar Pradesh. In Varanasi, residents struggled to carry on with their morning routines as biting cold and racy winds compounded their troubles. The picture was no different in Lucknow where cold wave with dense fog affected normal life in most parts of the city.
