PATNA: The Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) has launched a special initiative to generate revenue. The board has initiated some measures keeping the interests of the consumers in view.
According to BSEB spokesman Hare Ram Pandey, consumers who are unable to pay the entire bill amount raised by the board, can pay in instalments. Part payment can be made both of the old dues or current bill generated.
Power consumers can also make advance payments, which will be adjusted in their next bill. This facility can be availed in case of any delay in procuring the bill and part payment made by consumers has to be decided to by the BSEB officials, he added.
