Bihar Government is targeting the skill development of over one crore residents of the state by 2016-17 under Human Resources Development Mission presided led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
According to Chief Secretary, a future roadmap would be prepared in the next two months to achieve the target, an official release said. Sinha said for this 20 universities in the state would be made centres of excellence for the purpose. BED, BBA and MBA courses would be launched in affiliated colleges.
A committee would be formed under Principal Secretary Education for the purpose, he added.
