The Attack on Indian Soldiers at Poonch in Jammu & Kashmir was well planned and was carried out by Pakistani Soldiers in close association with Lashkar-e-Taiba.
According to Intelligence Inputs, there are quite similarities between this incident beheading of Indian Soldier in January. In both cases, Lashkar-e-Taiba Founder Hafiz Saeed was spotted in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, before the incident.
Hafiz Saeed had visited the Line of Control (LoC) in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir days before the Poonch attack, where he mingled with the Pakistan Border Action Team that executed the Tuesday ambush  reports The Daily Mail.
The Border Action Team includes members of Pakistan’s commando Special Services Group and irregular forces like Lashkar-e-Taiba
The attack was well planned and the movements of the Indian patrol were tracked for several days. The attack site was chosen because it was where the Indian patrol would be the most vulnerable and would find it difficult to escape.
In the morning when a group of 6 Indian Soldiers were on patrol, they were attacked by 20 members of Pakistani Border Action Team.
The high casualties are testimony to the fact that the Indian patrol was not only outnumbered but also outmanoeuvred.
The Indian patrol was moving ahead of the fence, around 450 metres inside Indian territory. The Pakistani raiders left the arms of the Indian soldiers behind.
This was the worst incident along the borders during the last 10 years of Ceasefire Violation.
The Great Kashmir Conspiracy
The Whole Incident was well planned by the new Pakistan Government led by Nawaz Sharif who has started a separate  Kashmir Cell in his office. This cell  monitors Pakistan’s fresh push on Kashmir plan attempts to bring the Kashmir Valley to a boil again, without directly involving Pakistan Government, according to some confidential information reavealed by Mail Today.
According to plans, the attacks in Kashmir will be intensified to give them a local colour, and as the reaction from the Indian security forces grows, this will be showcased through hired NGOs and amplified through media stories to help internationalise the Kashmir issue.
Several NGOs and Kashmir support groups have been marked which receive funding from ISI.
Jihadi leaders like Hafiz Mohammed Saeed have been told to continue their anti-India propaganda but keep the government completely out so deniability can be achieved.
