“In Mettur in Salem district in Tamil Nadu, Raja was happy with his flourishing fish business. But his happiness was short- lived. While he was travelling in a scooter a government bus crushed him to death. Raja’s family approached the Court to seek justice and the court has granted the verdict in their favour by asking the government bus corporation to pay a compensation of Rs 7 lakh or provide two buses to the family of the deceased.
