Model and Actress Pooja Misrra, who had hit national headlines during her stay in Bigg Boss 5, has alleged Sexual Assault and Burglary in a hotel room in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Pooja Mishra was in Udaipur for a photoshoot and a calendar launch event and was staying at Hotel Radisson Blu. According to statements made by her to Police, she was sedated and was sexually assaulted last night. When she woke up in the morning, several of her valuable items and jewelry were missing.
“Jewellery & cash robbed….strangers barging into my hotel suite..assaulted in sleep!wow! Udaipur sure was conspired to give me heartache!”, she tweeted.

Police have started investigating the CCTV Footage from the Hotel, however no arrest has been made so far.
According to Inspector General (IG) of Udaipur, Anand Shrivastava, “She appears disturbed and inconsistent in her account but we have deputed a police officer to speak with her in detail. We are also searching the room she stayed in and are getting CCTV recording to identify suspects.”

Pooja was born in Munger, Bihar. She began her TV stint with a talk-show Jab We Talk on B4U, where she offered solutions for relationship problems. She was also part of the reality television show Big Switch on the channel UTV Bindass in 2010. In 2012, she was seen in the 5th season of the reality television show Big Boss 5 on Colors.
In 2003, she was seen in Bollywood film Dil Ka Rishta, where she performed the famous item number “Saajan Saajan”.
