Dehradun, Dec 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi who on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of the Char Dham Highway Development Programme at the Parade Ground in Dehradun said the inauguration of the project is a tribute to victims of the Uttarakhand flash floods. He said the Char Dham project would offer job opportunities for the people of Uttarakhand.
