International chef Vikas Khanna was in Bodhgaya last Friday’ on a two-day trip. He is planing to make a movie based on the holy kitchen of Buddhism.
Khanna told that Bodhgaya is not only known for World Heritage. It is world-renowned for spirituality. He said that we Indians are getting away from our culture. So I want to make a bridge between modern and traditional culture.
He also plans to open a restaurant in Bodh Gaya. He insists that due to its cultural linkages, I plan to open restaurant in Bodhgaya in place of big cities like London and Paris, where opening such a restaurant is easy.
