PoK, December 27, 2016:- Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir holds dismal record in Human Development Index and as far as women security is concerned, less said the better. as crimes against women rise, the government of PoK remains a mute spectator in one such incident in pok, a girl was kidnapped but the law enforcement agencies chose not to take any action against the culprits.
