Dehradun, Dec 27 (ANI): Reaching out to the young voters of Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said his government will develop the state in a way that its residents would not be forced to migrate to other cities in search of work. The Prime Minister asserted that he will ensure that the talent of the young doesn’t go to waste. PM Modi was addressing a gathering after laying the foundation stone of the Char Dham Highway Development Programme in Dehradun.
