Poonch ( J&K), July 01 (ANI): Setting a unique example of communal harmony to the world, a Muslim community in the Poonch district of Jammu &Kashmir has been taking care of a century old Brame Gala temple located amidst the beautiful Pir Panjal range. Recently, 76th annual commemoration took place inside the temple premises, where thousands of Muslim, Sikh and Hindu devotees from across the country came to offer prayers. Situated in the Muslim majority area, this temple is being safeguarded for the last many years by the Muslim community only, displaying the true signs of peace and brotherhood in the country. During the celebration, both Hindus and Muslims jointly served food to the devotees who had arrived at the temple to pay their obeisance. Praising this profound act of their Muslim brethren, Hindu devotees believe that this bond of love and brotherhood will keep on inspiring generations. With such acts of mutual tolerance where people of different communities come together for upholding each other’s beliefs, not only play a significant role in strengthening the bond between them but also reinforce our faith in the secular fabric of the country.
