Britannia Industries is planning to invest around Rs 1bn to set up a plant each in Bihar and Orissa, according to a report.
The report stated that the company is finding the location near Bhubaneswar and Cuttack in Orissa to set up a biscuit plant.
Nearly 700 people will get employed in the proposed plant, says report.
