The dispute over the fate of Aligarh Muslim University center in Kishanganj Bihar is over now. The state Government finally allotted a contiguous piece of land of 220 acres to the AMU administration. No doubt, this would be a world class center of learning, but the details of the course taught here is not clear.
The district administration of Kishanganj is likely to handover the land papers to AMU vice Chancellor Prof. P. K. Abdul Azis. A team of 7 members led by the VC in in Kishanganj today for the official takeover of the land.
The land is being allotted in Chakla village in Kishanganj. Besides , AMU has established its centers at Murshidabad (West Bengal) and Malappuram (Kerala) which host two law schools and two business schools.
