Bihar CM Nitish Kumar inaugurated the Rajgir Heritage Museum at the newly built International Convention Center at Rajgir on Saturday, September 7.
The Museum only of its kind, would add one new visiting spot in the itinerary of the tourists visiting Rajgir.
Right now as many as 49 artifacts have been kept at the museum and lots more would be added soon.
This museum would comprise rare items of archaeological and sculpture finds. It will also have a collection of antiques along with several Buddhist and Hindu stone sculptures, bronze images of the Gupta and Pala period and terracottas.
