Election Commission of India  has revised the schedule and dates of the 2013 Assembly Elections in the North-Eastern state of Mizoram. The Dates have been changed after some organizations and political parties complained of possible inconvenience  to large number of people due to earlier schedule.
Earlier  the date of poll was announced as 4th December, 2013 (Wednesday) and the date of counting  was announced as 8th December, 2013 (Sunday).
The New Schedule for Assembly Elections are given below
