Muzaffarpur, Oct 23 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday said Bihar was heading for development and development here means Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP and the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). He added that 21st century would belong to India under the leadership of Modi and this would not happen without Bihar. He also said that there aren’t any electricity poles visible in farm lands and electricity seldom comes. The state had plenty of water, but crops were still drying, he added.
