New Delhi, Oct 25 (ANI): The Mahagathbandhan (grand alliance) has expressed its displeasure over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann ki Baat’ programme, as he made some of the “official announcements” even as the polls are underway in Bihar. JD (U) leader KC Tyagi said the announcements were in violation of the Model Code of Conduct, adding that all three parties of the grand alliance would take this very seriously.
