New Delhi, Nov 10 (ANI): Retorting to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kailash Vijayvargiya’s dog remark, actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha today said that he can’t stop people from speaking. Using a Hindi proverb, Sinha said, “Jab haathi chale Bihar, kuttey bhaunke hazaar.” Vijayvargiya had expressed his disappointment over Sinha’s remarks on the BJP’s crushing defeat in the Bihar Assembly polls and compared him to a dog walking past a car and thinking that the car was following it.
