New Delhi, Dec 21 (ANI): Senior lawyer H S Phoolka on Monday said that he has filed a caveat in the Delhi High Court to counter Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s civil defamation suit against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders with regard to irregularities in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA). Jaitley has filed a defamation suit of Rs 10 crores against the AAP leaders.
