New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): Speaking on the issue of Kohinoor Diamond issue in the Supreme Court, Advocate Nafees Ahmad Siddiqui said he has submitted an application that these items should not be auctioned and a stay should be put on the items. He added that an application for the advocate commission has been submitted to send two advocates to prepare the list of museum and books of India office library. Siddiqui added that according to International Court of Justice, it is a war crime if stolen items aren’t returned. Advocate Siddiqui said that if the items were not brought back in India then they would go to international court.
