Samba (J&K), Nov 29 (ANI): Giving details of the Samba encounter, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Joginder Singh said the army foiled infiltration bid in Samba district and three terrorists were neutralised in the operation. A search operation is being carried out across the border areas now.
