Special arrangements made following death of 8 elephants under Coimbatore Forest Range

Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), May 14 (ANI): District Forest Office of Coimbatore Forest Range have made special arrangements for the wild animals so that they beat the heat in scorching summers. So far, eight elephants have died within the forest region following availability of minimal water and dried up fodder. In a bid to prevent further deaths of the wild animals, the administration has constructed six to eight water troughs in each region of the forest.
