Patna: Tibetan spiritual Leader Dalai Lama has arrived Patna this afternoon on a two day visit of the state.
He will participate a function to be organised in Patna tomorrow on the occassion of the Budha Purnima. Dalai lama will inaugurate Buddha Smiriti Park.
AIR correspondent reports that the first of its kind park will house a 200 ft. Stupa containing relics from Japan, Thailand, Myanmar and South Korea besides two saplings, one of the Mahabodhi tree and other from Sri Lanka. Several monks of Buddhist countries have arrived Patna to participate this function.
