First convocation of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) based at Hajipur, held at LN Mishra Institute in Patna on August 7, 2010. Ashok Kumar, secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India, was the chief guest on the occasion. A total of 56 graduates comprising 2009-10 batches were awarded certificates.
